Gosh, I can't imagine how fast this truck would be with a supercharger. 420 HP maybe? Sheesh. I mean, the thing is already so quick you'd need to buy a sports car to beat it. Since it's so new, though, it's going to be a little tricky finding parts specifically made for it. I'm not even sure yet if the aftermarket air intakes for the Titan will fit insite the engine compartment; the engine is pretty much crammed in there. At least it's not sideways =)

Thanks, man! It's a fun truck to drive! I'll probably wait until it has at least a couple thousand miles before taking it off the road much =) I was a little bit confused by the manual though, when it came to what fuel to use. They use two different rating systems in the book and I'm not sure which one to go by - I *think* it said to use 91 octane fuel (I live in the US) but it might have said 89. I'll grab the book from the truck and post what it says, and maybe one of ya'll can tell me what it means. Something like that seems pretty important and I really had to search the book for any information on it. There's about 250 pages on how to use the radio, and 20 pages on how to maintain the important parts!

I got one! My first SUV, and my last car was a 1999 STS, so this is a bit of an adjustment. I purchased a black 2008 V8 SE with Leather and the Premium package. It's really nice! I can't believe how much power the damned thing has. I think it's actually faster then the STS. From what I understand, the 5.6 V8 is the same engine they use in the Titan? Because the thing is so fast, I thought it might be fun to see if there were any "easy enough" modifications I could do to make it even more powerful, but I've never done anything like that before so I don't know what to look for. I'm handy and feel confident I could do most small modifications without trouble (I've done a lot of repair work on the STS..) Anyone have any suggestions or a good site to look at that might have something for me? I know that the V8 Pathfinder is so new, so there might not be much. Thanks!
