Thanks for all the replies, does the starter come out from the top or under the vehicle, looks to be a few things in the way to get it underneath?

I have a faulty solenoid coil lug on my QD32 starter motor, and would like to know if it is possible to remove the solenoid only from the starter to re-solder the lug and screw it back in place on the starter body after repair Any thoughts on this please?

I have a diesel leak from the sealing ring on this valve, I already have the rubber ring to replace, my question is if I remove this valve and fit the new seal, will I be able to fit it back into the pump, without having any issues, or does the pump have to be dismantled to insert the TCV back into it, can someone please advise.Thanks.

Is it possible to remove this unit to replace the rubber seal with the pump in place?
