My 2012 Pathfinder rear door lock stays open and will not close. When I use the remote, I can hear all of the locks opening/closing but nothing is happening with this lock. However, I can here the clicking sound inside at the top of the door, but not down by the lock. Because it is not engaging to close down on the latch, my rear door is always unlocked and not secured down. Has anyone had this issue before? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
