  1. Hi everyone! Not sure if this is the right place to introduce myself, so fingers crossed. My name is Stoni, I am female, 60 years not quite young. I have a 1996 Pathfinder TI automatic that I love dearly. It is her 20th birthday this month (VIN stamped Dec '95). My car is about to become home to self and my 4 legged family, so I am trying to get a few things sorted on her, before on the road. Flat broke, so am trying to do everything myself. Not good with this computor stuff, so hoping this is the right place to ask some questions of those of you that have the knowledge? Please excuse if not. Queries on the following: 1. When cold, car does not want to go into gear (drive). Sort of a bit of a grinding sound if I start off in 2nd but seems OK if start off in 1st. When warms up and I put it into drive (D), no noticeable problems. Do I need to be concerned, and if so, how concerned? Also wondering if any possible damage might have been done by towing a 2500kg boat with car in O/D off, when believe it only has a 1500kg towing capacity? Too dangerous to refuse my kid when he demanded I do something. 2. All indicator lights work except the big turning ones next to headlights. Lost the left one ages ago, though it would work just fine when towing my sons boat. Have now lost the right hand side one as well. Plugged trailer into car to check, and they work with it plugged in, but not without. 3. My rear bumper is hanging on both sides - where it meets the rear quarter panels. All I can find underneath is one screw - no clips nor any sign of clips etc. There is around 1-2inches of gap between the main body and where the bumper is hanging. Easy to lift into place with one finger...just don't know how to make it stay there! 4. How do I empty the radiator to put coolant in there - if I even have to? Just have plain tap water in there. Son told me I don't need it, but I don't trust him. Have googled till eyes raw, but am not finding the answers I need, in a language I can understand. Many thanks for any assistance you can offer. Also, just in case I can't find my way to wherever answers may go, any chance of emailing me directly as well please? stoni4818@gmail.com Thankyou.
