hey everyone, so I got new headlight bulb sockets yesterday and I'm trying to install them today but the wiring is always tricky to me. my pathfinder wires are black, red and black, and red and white, and the new socket wires are black red and green, obviously black to black but and help with the other 2 would be greatly appreciated. thanks for listening

So its been a long time since my headlights have been being funky on my 99 finder, but now only the driver side works. i took the bulb out of the passenger side headlight and noticed that the connector was badly melted. ..........Idk how to post pictures............ any thoughts? I'm horrible at wiring and all the mechanics are charging over $120 How do I tell if the headlight connectors are original or OEM cuz when I look for the part, they all look completely different. any help would be appreciated, Thanks
