Would this meter fuse being blown still allow the engine to crank over like crazy but keep it from starting?

Need tires for my Pathy soon, bone stock 2003 SE 4x4, just wondering what kind of spacer/lift I would need to fit 32/10.5/17 on the stock 17" wheels. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

As soon as I can afford it this will be the first thing I order for my 03 SE 4x4! 2" front and rear is what I'm hoping for, but just wondering if I should upgrade coils at the same time? Any feedback would be great!

Pay attention when removing the stock wires, just run the new ones along the same path as the old ones and avoid pinch points. There's a thread on here somewhere with all the speaker specs and diagrams for door panel removal, as well as dashboard removal, I just can't recall the name at the moment
