With them? Them being..?
-
Wait wait wait "how"???
-
Yeah, just ordered the ones through rock auto. A local shop quoted me a steal of a price to install my strut spacers and the cv's, so I don't have to get my hands dirty.
-
The boots have been gone for about a year now, I might as well replace the axle ($50) if I'm gonna go through the trouble of getting to the cv's

Successfully got my warn hubs on last weekend! In the process, I noticed my brake pads are rubbing the rotor. There is absolutely no space between either and I do have a rocking north and south motion whenever I really brake.
Are the rotors warped? What about the pads?
Also, what new cv axles do y'all reccommend? Are there any that don't require a boot? I plan on purchasing from rockauto.
Next up: my TAG Stinger bumper! Ordered it the other day!

Understand completely.

Oh okay, you shipped first before he paid. It's technically not "illegal" as I don't think small claims court takes anything below $20.
Disclaimer: I'm not attorney, I'm a college student. Not pre-law to boot

Anyone have a recommended grease for this?
-
Did you ship them to him? or vice versa?

I just need to hone my taping skills when it comes to curves!

I'm looking for 16x7 Pro Comp Rock Crawlers with the "D" windows and 3.75" backspacing and I can't find it anywhere. Anybody want to point me in the right direction?
-
Anyone have a detailed install instruction?
-
That's the plan!

This was just before I dropped my sub-frame..
You'll basically have to remove the front wheels, remove camber bolts (The hub assy. will want to pivot downwards so I used a tie-down to secure it in place temporarily), disconnect the front sway-bar from the strut, remove the strut and spring assemblies, install your spacers and then put everything back together. Make sure your brake lines are clear too!
Clear brake lines as in no fluid in them or not going to pinch them?

How would one go about installing these? http://4x4design.com/Pathfinder_R50_96-04.php

Not the whole thing, just the rocker panels and where the fender flares once were.
-
Unless you drop the sub-frame it will change the angle of the CV... I think you can get away with an inch maybe two.. But not more.. Check out fleurys He's a vendor on here.
Yeah, it'd only be an inch to level out the ride.
-
Where can I order some? Will they increase my cv angle/increase wear? Thanks!
-
Anyone done it? How much does it cost?
-
-
I'll get them in the daytime!
-
I ended up removing the flares and plastidipping silhouettes of what were fender flares

Cool, thanks!

Anyone tried replacing them with something better looking? Or just removed them and given a clean look? Pictures would be appreciated.

We'll see what's up. I definitely won't let them dick me around
