    A few trips in the woods and the alternator has went out again.

      Do a Quest alt swap, 110 amps I did it on mine

      Took it apart and one of the brushes was stuck. So I drilled holes in the housing and drained the sand. Did alot of research on a water cooled alty but it seems relocating the current alternator is my only real choice without throwing 400 or so at the problem. Autozone life time replacement will be what I buy next until I solve the problem. Let auto zone deal with it, lol.
