I drive tow trucks for a living been doin it for 12 years i've driven everything from small wreckers to the big boy rig haulers. I went to tech school to become a machinist but complications and boredom got the better off me and i got out of it. Also i have been a union carpenter(mainly in framing), a small engine mechanic, a landscaper, a factory worker, a laboror, dabbled in concrete, gas station attendant, oh and a body jewelry maker (that was an interesting job lol). nothing seems to hold a candle to being out on the road pulling stupid people out of ditches, towing drunk asses cars to impound(i'm completely against driving while any bit intoxicated), and telling some dumb ass mercedes owner more about his own car than he would ever know.

Hi guys im going on a road trip from Missouri to Nevada. I'm leaving March 28 and i'm going to go thru the rocky's, salt lake city and strait thru to Reno area. Unfortunatly the wife is not letting me take the Pathfinder cause she needs it to haul the kids(blah,blah,blah, i know im wipped lol) so im taking my 94 chevy s-10 4x4. I'm wondering if anyone knows of some good trails to check out along the way or in Nevada while im there. Nothing extreme It will just be me and my 13 year old son on the trip and dont really want to get stuck(yeah right lol). Any idea's would be nice, thanks guys. Also if anyone is in the area of Reno or Carson city and want to hook up the first week of April to do some trail riding I would love to get with a group of peeps.

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie here and just figured i would say hi. I recently purchaseda 98 pathfinder se in excellent condition everything works great on it. We just had snow here and the 4x4 in works so good in the pathfinder i was able to pull a ford f-250 out of the ditch by the house (hahahaha). My pathfinder is bone stock but I'm looking for upgrade suggestions any where i can get them, the only problem with upgrading is that i have a fixed income and cant spend a whole lot of cash on upgrades so please keep that in mind when giving me suggestions.
