  1. I'm own the DT27 - this is very high-torque beast. virtually indestructible, My engine even alive after Water hammer!
  2. This is not a big deal to lift the body. All what you need - disconnect all wires from engine, disconnect brake pipes, cooler, steering shaft, and unscrew body clump from the frame. After that - you need to unscrew all body pillows. That's all. After that you need the hi jack (very useful thing ). And you need to do such sequence: 1. rise body from back on some height (I use back beam of the body - it's strong enough) 2. add some bricks or some substrate. 3. rise front part of the body at one of the thresholds. (Maybe it will be easier to remove fenders before.) ..do it iteratively to avoid accident.. I did it alone, and it took's me one full day
  3. You can find photos here - http://terranoirk.ru/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=5237&start=60 but this forum is on Russian.
  4. I did this a month ago. Body is raised with the jack. Bricks used as props. Body placed on the profile tube 100x60 millimeters. thickness - 3 mm. I have some photos, but I can't upload them here. Sorry for my English You can ask me if You'll have any questions - process is still in my memory
