  1. Thanks I did read that link. I think I'm having a problem with my ignition switch. That piece on the back side that he was talking about is somewhat loose and I can not tell if there is any spring tension on it. It looks like that piece can be laken off. There is a small phillips screw at the 6 o cloak position. I'll try pushing that piece in and see what happens. Thanks Terry
  2. [All SE models came with disk rear brakes.
  3. No bare wires, and didn't install anything new. I do not want to put it in the shop and wind up paying $200-300. That seems to be the going rate for anything. I'm thinking it might have something to do with the ignition switch, or the shift lock solinoid. Terry
  4. Well I have a 92, 4x4, auto with 200,300 miles. Drove to work all was fine, get off work and no start. Checked battery, cables, starter all fine. checked fuses insde by drivers left, and found that the top right 10amp fuse that is for ignition, and instraments was blown. Installed new fuse, starts fine. Driving home fuse blows about one mile down road, truck still running but like crap. Stop for gas and notice all the guages are not working, put in park leave running gas up, now shifter doesn't want to shift (shift button does not press in). Install another fuse. All works fine. Again about a mile down the road fuse blows, gauges go off and truck feels like it's running on two cylinders. Baby her home, test ignition switch per manual all checks out. (Note: ignition switch is loose and the key also has a lot of play). Before putting in the shop I would like to know if anyone has had similar problems, and if so what should I check next. Thanks Terry
  5. Drivers side front door handle broke off. Has anyone ever repaired one before? Looking at it I don't see how it hooks in there or attaches. Thanks Terry
  6. How hard is it to get to the revolution sensor. Manual calls for the removing the transmission mount and supporting it with a jack, then lowering the transmission as far as you can. Is this the only way to get to the revolution sensor? thanks Terry
