two other wiring issues I've had were the clutch pedal clutch pedal ignition lock switch. I installed a new one as these distort over time and if you really want to have fun, run the wires up to to a toggle switch mounted somewhere on the dash.. (I'm currently running a pigtail loop locked into the harness). Another issue is the fuse on the interlock relay. wires (it's by the battery and has two wires, one going to the battery and the other to the ignition components connected). Check the fuse or do what i did and make a brand new one. I can post photos later. I had problems starting my truck and some days it would not start and those two mods have made my '93 pathy start with the first turn of the key.

if your door locks are autolocking/refuse to lock. there is actually a door switch around the latch that wears out over time. replace those and all will be good in the world. door switch

Three years later, I'd like to know where a carb adapter exists so i can swap in a big bore carb as well. I better make friends with a smog inspection place.

I have plans.. including vacuum bagging and composites. I'll keep you updated as extra money comes in and, space becomes available. I have experience with vacuum bagging surfboards and body panels for my Honda Civic that I used for rally racing.. TAP plastics carries a nice Carbon/Kevlar weave that works well with traditional UV resins. I smell a build.. Why'd I get a Pathy?!? Just another money-pit.

using WD40.. i had recently put some in a pump spray bottle but i had sprayed down both sides. I think I'll try your suggestion of spraying down one side and take it for a drive. thank you.

Oh darn, I should have been more specific. I recently had the entire front suspension rebuilt 20k miles ago but it looks like they left all of the original bushings in place. I greased them up but the squeaks are back so I'm going to do this again but replace it all.

I said it.. now, I plan on gutting/painting/modifying my truck but I've got to make my truck soundly, quiet again. My question is this. What's the different between the D21 suspension system and WD21 system? I found this kit on energy suspension parts and it seems like a nicely, wrapped up kit that I can order and do the bushing swaps with. Is it compatible with the WD21? I have the mechanical know-how but I lack the experience so I'll install whatever I need in stages since it'll be slow going, solo.
