I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this, but IIRC the 5 speed manual was only available in the XE

I'm gonna have to go with the frame problems.... Most of the other "problems" have been readily addressed including engine swaps, solid front axle swaps and so on...

I took out the allens that hold the front of the hub on... To me nothing looked broken, but I have nothing to compare it to. A diagram would be great!

yeah, I put it in reverse each time I was switching.... And I switched it in and out somewhere around 20 times to see if it would take it out

I was in the woods friday night doin some wheeling and when I left I could notice a distinct clicking noise coming from my front passenger wheel... I thought it might be the hub not fully disengaging, so I repeatedly put it back in four wheel and out, but the problem still exists. The clicking stops when its in four wheel... Is my hub broken and needs replacement or is it hung up and can I do something to fix it? I've never had to deal with hubs before! HELP PLEASE!! :help:

thanks for the kind words guys... i love this truck! I have literally beat the hell out of this thing with no hiccups to date. As for the rust... its usually covered with mud so i'll skip the paint for the bumper... i've been too busy to work on the truck recently but i should get to it this weekend and for the snorkel... i should finish it this weekend and i'll get some better pics

I've been on the site for a while and have learned quite a bit from you guys. I have done a poormans lift with jgc coils, rough country uca's, 3in BL, and some 33x1250 BFG MT's. and I have started my "custom" snorkel... hope you guys like!!!
