  1. I wil be there in my red d21. Is there a address to the meet up spot? I just moved up here so im still new to the area.
  2. Im in as long as I dont need a winch. Lol
  3. ill for sure be taking photos of the build up. this is my first attempt at anything like this. so it should be fun. there is so much knowledge so many ways to tackle all the projects. ill be digging here for info as well as other sites. this is going to be a slow build as i have a deployment coming up in the near future. good thing, more money for the project
  4. tad, thanks for the info brother. ive been looking at those and for a while those were my first pick, but a guy from another forum turned me on to alcan leafs. the only problem with that is im going to need to get an estimated weight together so they can build the springs to spec. now here comes the price vs. versatility. do i go with the alcan and spend more money or do i go with the 44044s? oh so many decisions, good thing im in no rush to make a decision.
  5. hey guys, im getting ready for the sas on my truck. im curious though as to what the best possible leaf spring packs i should be considering. heres the plan and then maybe you can make a suggestion off of that. the plan: leaf sprung 86 grand waggy axles 35" tires (unsure of brand) front/rear/rocker panel armor winch canopy roof rack with rooftop tent drawer storage system in bed pathfinder aux. fuel tank misc. gear for camping aux. lighting 18 gal. fresh water supply in bed self sustained for up to 7 days for 2 people now the issue is with all the extra weight what spring packs should i be considering. im obviously going to be carrying a good amount of weight and i still want to be able to flex a bit as most of the extra add ons are removable and only used during trips. any help with this idea would be greatly appreciated. this is my half a$$ed overlanding/camping/sorta all purpose adventure zombie survival apocalypse truck if you will. for my wife and i lol. thanks again. sorry for the big picture but i cant figure out how to resize it.
  6. hey everyone. i have been cruising around this site for a while. i know i dont have a pathfinder but i thought i would join anyways. well i picked up the axles.....putting parts together for a swap now. still undecided whether or not to go with leafs or coils/coil overs. ill figure it out later. i have plenty of time. does anyone know a good fab shop around the tacoma area?
  7. hey guys, ive been looking for people to go wheeling with but have had no success yet. you mind if i tag along in the hardbody?
