  1. Something needs to be planned before it gets too hot. I'm down for another run and the truck is ready.

Indeed, I am pretty sure if its a Saturday run I can get the time off.......My boss is way cool
  2. I'm in AZ as well, although I havent done any mods yet to the Pathfinder as its some what new of a vehicle to me. I just sold my 2006 Nissan Frontier 4x4. I bought this Pathfinder from my mother in law, well still paying her, lol, interest free much better of a payment, lol. We have a group of Nissan owners here in AZ ONAZ that I was heavily involved in when I had the Frontier, as it was built to wheel a bit more than this stock Pathfinder! I know KovemaN knows a few of the ONAZ group. It would be nice to have a get together, perhaps the NPORA AZ guys and the ONAZ guys!

that would be super cool to get both groups together for a run sometime

  5. What is a better way to go for me to learn automotive? Would going to a tech school like UTI, worth it? or would I be better off going to a community college automotive program?

  6. I just went to start it this morning, and let it run for a few minutes. there was no blue smoke, but the water droplets in the tip of the exhuast, and when I gave a little gas, watery black carbon shot out all on the rim and tire of the truck parked next to me. (WHOOPS). I know some water droplets are nomal but is with the black carbon like stuff, or is that just cuz my exhuast is probably 10 years old and i have a exhaust leak coming from the flange by the O2 sensor

  7. Sounds like the old one was off by a tooth.

The timing was off a bit the timing marks were not not even lined up, But now it seems to smoke a bit. When Ifirst start it if I give it a little gas some blue smoke comes from the exhaust, once it warms up it seems fine, Also at start up when you give it a little gas, there will be what appears to be water on the ground by the tail pipe and water droplets in the exhaust pipe, the engine does not overheat, the temp gauge goes about a 1/4+/- when fully warmed up. would the smoking exhaust be bad valves or something else
