  1. I can not find what this part is anywhere. Not sure if it is an emissions part, or something else. At the front of the motor lowere left, one of the belt driven components has two black hoses close to 1" coming from it. What is this, and what do I search for. Making a squeling noise. Belt was replaced, and component making noise again. Initially it had a whining sound like a power steering pump, but never changed pitch when revving motor, or turning wheel or anything. That noise has gone away and been replaced with a bad bearing noise. Please help me determine what this is, so I can replace it.
