      1 should be plenty. These aren't very good for offroad/high load usage though...

      Would two of these be better? (one for each side) They say they allow for +/- 2 degrees of adjustment.. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/IEC-35420/

      Nope, just use 1 unless you have to use 2 (you shouldn't) the less chance of things moving the better.
