  1. Does it have the rear wiper assembly? Any clue if it'll bolt onto a 2001?
  2. Wouldn't that mean that you have too little backspacing on your wheels, Kefferjoe?
  3. My mom has an FJ. I have no clue how he got 27MPGs... That is amazing! As far as the actual vehicle goes, they're tanks. They'll go where you put them. There's a fairly big aftermarket for them if I'm not mistaken. They're nice on the inside, but more of a rugged nice. They have a plastic floor coating which makes clean up incredibly easy and is great for the winter. As for power, they have that too, but nothing overwhelming. And to think I almost got that handed down to me... Which a reason why I didn't was because they are ERY hard to see out of, which a lot of blind spots. Just keep that in mind.
  4. Is your winch/fairlead crooked? Or is it just the picture or me?
  5. Make sure you put some pictures up ASAP! I'm doing the exact same lift to my Pathy when the funds arrive!
  6. I'm sure there's probably a larger aftermarket parts market open to the Frontiers as compared to our R50s. What year is your R50? If you part it out, I will probably want a few parts...
  7. I think that HD up front and MD in the back is definitely the way to go for what I want to do! Now just to save some money... What's that?
  8. Well I went out and was going to finally attempt to try to open the rear glass on the hatch, as I hadn't ever done so before. So, I look in my manual and it says to turn the key to the right two positions. Simple enough; I walk around back, stick my key in, the key goes over one position, and refuses to go over a second. At this point, I assume that it is seized as it is likely that the hatch hadn't been opened too many times at all throughout it's life as a 2001. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I doing something wrong here? Also, I remember seeing something about there being a button to open the rear glass on some Pathfinders/QX4s? Would a 2001 LE with all the options have that little button? Thanks!
  9. Blisten doesn't manufacture the GR2 line of struts and shocks. The GR2 is made by KYB.
  10. It's not very offroady yet so it wouldn't represent as well...
  11. Well, as per the title says, I'd love to see some OME lifts on your R50s! I'm looking to lift the Pathfinder and will when the funds allow. I'm leaning towards the OME due to the supposed better ride quality versus the AC lift. Probably going to go with HD coils up front with MD coils in the back in order to try to level out the R50's rake. Likely going to do GR-2 structs and OME shocks. Also, are there any negative or notable effects of using strut spacers? Now for showing me the OME lift you have, if you could: Let me know what coils you used(LD, MD, HD). What shocks/struts did you use? What was the total amount of lift gained? How many miles on the vehicle? Did your struts still pop if you used the HD coils up front? How is the ride quality versus OEM? Were you satisfied with the overall lift? What kind of rims were you running? What's the backspacing on them? I really appreciate it guys. Loving this community so far. A NPORA sticker will likely accompany the lift.
  12. I can't imagine you having any trouble doing everything for under $3000... The budget was for the lift, rims, and tires right?
  13. How did you mount up your lights in front of your grille? Looks great! If only SFDs weren't a PITA and expensive...
  14. Lucky for me, I just so happen to have a Summit less than an hour away... Yay no shipping!
  15. Thanks for the replies! Now for the medium duty OME coils, do I simply select the Medium option on Rocky-Road, despite it saying that it is 1.75" of lift, or am I not seeing the actual coils you're talking about? Again, I apologize for being so clueless.
  16. Whoops! After reading through your thread, am I correct in saying that OME and AC coils are the same? Would I best off to just order from rocky-road? When looking on Rocky-road, it says 1.75" lift; do I simply select the medium duty coil for the 1" lift? I appreciate tue hand holding. Perhaps I should just call them when the time comes...
  17. Hey guys, I just have a question: At 137k my '01 Pathfinder's suspension is feeling it's age, so when I get the money saved, I want to revamp it. However, I'm only looking to do a 1" lift instead of a 2". I'm wanting to stick with a 1" in order to keep a little bit more of the tiny MPG I already have, I don't want to hear my struts topping out, and finally, the car is almost always on pavement with a rare exception here and there. I've been looking at OME coils as I want to keep a comfy ride and I don't need heavy duty coils. I'm almost positive that I'll go with GR2 struts; not too sure on shocks yet. So the question is: What will give me about 1/2"-1" of lift, give me a decent ride, and be reasonable priced. Again, I'd like to go with OME coils as they seem like they'll give me the best ride, but I'm not completely set on them so just make your suggestions and tell me about how they ride, the lift they give, etc. Links would be great, especially if you are suggesting AC coils. Pictures are great too! Again, I only want a 1/2"-1" lift, NOT A 2" lift! Thanks!
  18. When I get the money, I'll likely be interested. But first, a couple of questions: 1) Any rust, missing paint, etc. 2) How bent is that bottom cross piece? 3) Shipping to Ohio?
