    Hi All, Like the title says, I'm in Delaware. I have the typical rear rusty frame. I see from the other posts folks have patched this and there is the safe t cap. Unfortunatley, I have no welding skills and can't find any shop nearby that will do this. Does anyone know of a nearby shop that can help? Thanks, Terry
