..thanks a lot (specv1973) you hit it rite on the jack pot .........I checked that harness and sure enough it was starting to melt by touching that down pipe .......moved it and zip tied it and replaced the fuse n its runing normal again ......so I gueSs ima have to look for another short cuz my stereo also goes out when I put my rear windows up or down when my ac is on only ........

so it started when I was driving back home on the freeway when all of a sudden my rpm gauge and mph gauge drop n my trucks starts showing a lite battery light and my truck starts to sound and feel forced like the transmision is not grabbing my motor will rev up but won't move to far ...so I check my fuses n my meter fuse is burned I switch it out n it starts rite up n is normal again .....I drive less than a mile n the same problem accurs .......I need help with this one guys anything is apreciated thank you in advance

What I meant to say is that if it ripped or slipped its should be a lil loose or sumtin ....man I hope its not that ima remove the hole cover now ......

Well I have had the truck for a year already ....n I haven't changed it ....n I don't think the person that had it prior to me changed it ......

I can still c it intact .....so its not ripped it should be lose rite .....I could only c from a little crack when I removed two screws from the cover

So u guys I'm driving on the freeway my truck is fine like always no problem ...all of a sudden I get off the freeway n I get this loud jerk coming from the engine bay my rpm's rapidly drop to 1,000 I step on the gas thinking it was just bogging out raises to like 2,500 n then just turned off .....so I pull over n try to crank it n it won't trun over it just sound like it wants to .......I checked the fuel pump n its good ....I'm getting a headache with this any help will be more than apreciated ........thank u in advance ....!!!

The battery is about 6 months old I mean it takes charge I don't think its the alternator cuz its gone out before n just straight gives out .....this has been goin on for about a hole month ...

So I wanna clean all of the ground connections on my wd21 but I was wondering if there is any real way to clean them ....my starter clicks after I have run the truck ....and won't turn over ....also does anyone know the size of socket to use to remove the oil pressure unit its leaking on my starter ....

Ok thank u I remeber seeing it when I changed my starter ......yea and I think that's real important .....

Thanks guys .....I just changed and made sure the valve cover gasket was good that's what I thought the leak was but u know its still leaks I clean it m.....n then ill drive it for 30 or so n then there is oil on it again .....ima check that oil plug u talked about precise ....if u can tell me where it located plz ...

So I just changed my starter last month and it looks like ima need another one cuz it clicks n then it doesn want to turn on unless I hit it wit a bat ....there is always oil on the starter I have a leak but I can't seem to find out where its coming from ....I'm tired of changins starters every month or so ....so I wanna tackle this problem .....any help guys suggestions .....thank u guys in advance

So I read a post earlier bout cleanin ur maf sensor so this morning I was going to remove it but those lil screws are just so weak and tight ....I tried it with a flat head and they just stripped now I can't take them off .....guys I need help any Ideas ....thankz in advance
