  1. Should I be able to peek in the wheel well and see the connector? Not sure if they are the original shocks or not?!? I just picked it up last winter. I hope they aren't originals... Thanks, I'm going to try this.
  2. Thanks for the info. I was able to get this done in a couple of hours on Saturday. Piece of cake!
  3. Do we have adjustable shocks on our trucks? The switch on the center console says "sport" and "touring." I can't tell a difference on either setting? Is this something that works and is there a way to tell if mine is working correctly?
  4. My fan/alternator belt snapped so I'm in the process of changing all 3 belts. I'm pretty new to working on vehicles myself so I was wondering if anyone could provide some helpful info on the best/easiest way to do this. Or maybe someone can send a link to diy guide or something. Anything will help. Thanks!
  5. Sweet, this may be easier than I thought. I figured the ones from autozone or wally world wouldn't fit. Mine didn't have mats when I bought it so please, snap those pics!!! Thanks!
  6. Anyone got any idea where to get floor mats? I've looked on ebay, but not sure what will fit. It'd be easier if someone just knew where to get some. Thanks!
  7. I believe that range was depending on what the issue truly was. They said it could be 1 of 2 things. 1 being cheaper than the other. Anyway, I ordered the part and am getting it repaired tomorrow. Just under $400 for everything....ugh.
  8. Thanks, but I'm not very "mechanically inclined". How hard of a job would this be to pull apart the steering column and swap the ignitions? Any idea?
  9. I just picked up my 91 about 3 weeks ago for the winter. The little button you have to press to release the key from the ignition seized on me today. Nissan said it could be a couple different things and would be at least $300-$700 to fix depending on what was wrong. They suggested to just leave the key in the ignition all the time and use the spare key to lock/unlock the doors. I do not want to do this and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of things to try? If it comes down to it, I'll just pay to get it fixed, but want to try all options first. Thanks in advance!
