    My pathfinder was just given to me by a friend, and it's rough, but great for free! 1991 SE automatic, all the power options, all stock at this point, needs quite a bit of work but it runs pretty good. Oh yeah, it has almost 300k miles on the original engine!

    I've been jamming a stick of the right size under the hood to apply some tension so when I pull the lever inside the hood will pop. Similar idea, different end of the problem... Gonna have to try greasing everything and adjusting those stops
