real quick....... where are you located??

Ive got an 88 se with the vg30i, automatic trans and 170k on it. The motor has just died and is siezed. Any ideas what to do next??? How do i found out waht is wrong with it?? Any simple tests?? Or.... do i not even bother and part it out??? ANY IDEAS?

im on car-part.com and looking at one and the description says "ntr". what does that mean?

Does anyone know anywhere i can get a vg30i for relatively cheap.( im still in school and have a small budget) with low miles??? Ive been looking for a while and cant find anything jsut vg30E's HELP!

thanks for all the help but im still not sure about swithing to a vg30E because im not that much of a mechanic and i dont understand exactly what would have to change to do so
