Thanks. It doesn't seem to be dropping out of gear. I took it to another Nissan stealership. They also said that it needs a new transmission. They only want $3200+tax and they'll give it a great 12month/12k mile warranty. I said no thanks. We've had it at home for a few days now. The only time we seem to have trouble is when we just start out. It just doesn't want to shift out of first gear for a minute or two. It will, but the engine revs high before it does. After it's warm, it drives perfectly normal.
