I drive a '95 Pathfinder 5sp 2WD with 115,000 miles and the broken exhaust manifolds. At low speeds the ticking is highly noticeable, but driveability is still fine. I'm wondering how concerned I should be with this. How heavily will these broken manifolds affect inspection (Texas), engine wear, gas mileage, etc.? I'm in college and I can't devote any money towards the fix unless it quickly gains some urgency. Also, just out of interest, if these manifolds aren't affecting much at all, how long have many of you had them broken?
thanks,
kevin
