  1. thanks for the replys, yea i really liked the titan, in fact i talk everyone i can into buying one, the only problem i can not afford the 34,000ish price, when the frontier should suit my needs fine. looks like i will be buying one soon, just have to save a little more and pay off the credit card.
  2. hey everyone. well after having my Pathfinder for about a year i need more. i have been looking at toyotas and even chevys, but i looked into the new redone frontier and i think i am in love. 4.0 v6 265 HP 285 ft lbs, 6500lbs towing capacity basicly it's biult on the titan platform only smaller. i am wanting the nismo package which includes bilstine shocks small litf locking rear diff and 4wheel limited slip 6 speed manual. sounds like a pretty good deal to me and it is exacly what i am looking for in a new truck. only two problems... one no aftermarket yet, so not sure if it will have a better aftermaket off-road support or not. two it's a first year model, so it could have those first year bugs to work out. any one know how Nissan usaully does on the first year of a new car? what do you guys think? ok step up from pathy?
  3. i would get either a toyota tacoma 4X4 TRD or a used jeep rubicon. really want a tacoma though and then just SAS it!

  5. i have used one for my 77 ford 4X4 that was stuck in the sandy beach area and it was amazing. the harder my winch pulled the better it dug in. really made it fun to dig out. worth the money if you have it, i tried making my own but i didn't have the original to use so mine didn't have the balance right and never worked as good.
  6. how hard is it to remove the doors? like if i want safari doors in the summer and my regular doors when it rains and winter time?
  7. hey i live in iowa too and know of a smaller place to wheel in Van Meter if you guys are interested. are you sure that 600 acres is getting closed? i just heard about it the other day and didn't hear anything about it being closed... i heard they just closed about 400 acres of it. but that was years ago. is it any good?
  8. by the way it's also called a track bar, that my be why you get the confused looks...
  9. well i desided to go with NGK wires and NGK plugs. nothing fancy but i hope to be reliable. also picked up a new cap and rotor with the money i saved on not buying those fancy plugs and wires.
  10. i found a set of OEM wires from Nissan for 62 bucks online. are oems the best way to go? what about ngk wires? are they as good as their plugs?
  11. just wondering who has had good luck with what plugs and wires... what is the oem plug? NGK? and are oem wires better or aftermarket? thanks. i am also looking at replacing my cap and rotor too. not to tough to do is it?
