I've got a snap on 1000 series 4 box set full of things I rarely use. But when I need it it's there! That is at least when people that borrow them bring them back! The only problem with having a lot of tools, friends think I run a loaner company!1 point

Not without spacers, no. The issue is when you go larger than 31" the tire contacts the strut. You have to move the tire/wheel outward to give the clearance necessary for larger tires. After that you can cut to your heart's desire.1 point
