Hey I own a 300zx that has a vg30e in it same at the pathfinders so i know for a fact this is a upgrade for my car which i plan on doing but figured i post and see if its possible to do that same thing on a pathfinder. Technically you should since its the same motor . this will give you some serious amperage too! I found this on my z31 website called z31performance.com and figured i share it here! one thing you will need to get besides the alternator is maybe the vg30et alternator bracket because the alternator on them is on the passenger side. I dont think our is i know the one on my na 300zx is on the driver side.and the turbo model is on the passenger side.
