Dasanii19
I would like to know where the PCV valve location is on my 2003 Nissan pathfinder. Also, does this PCV valve have threads on it?
JamesRich
Looks like it is on the passenger side, and has threads so it should be threaded into the intake plenum. James
Dasanii19
I don't know man, I looked everywhere closely with a flashlight with the Plenum off and couldn't see it anywhere. if it is there, does it anyone know if it can be replaced with the plenum on? or does it have to be off? 02silverpathy
Upper intake manifold off (2 parts), on the back of the passenger side valve cover. The hose wraps around to the throttle body and connects under it. If you have your manny's off look inside at the TB, see the darkened area right inside the TB? That's from the PCV. I made a simple filtered catch can to keep oil from re-entering the TB and slow up the vacuum flow as well. Works great! Here's a link to a past thread. Plenum off is the ONLY way to get that thing unscewed without breaking it. It should be said that this item is a dealer only part...the parts stores will give you one that may or may not fit your rig. The dealer knows which one by the VIN on your truck that you need.
