Superwinch Manual Hub problems

Ran into a problem today installing my new Superwinch manual hubs and want to know if anyone else has had the same problem. Took one of the old autos off and slid the new one up there and low and behold the new hub body was too big because the holes didn't line up AND the new bolts they sent were too big. The part number is 400545 which is the right ones for a 95. Gonna give them a call tommorow and get a new set shipped to me. Anybody else had this happen? Thanks guys.

Sorry to say, but they'll never fit. Your axles are 28 spline, not 31. Nissan doesn't make a 31 spline front. You'll have to get a set from Mile Marker or Warn.

Click here to check out a thread on nissan4wheelers.com that discusses the same problem you're having.

exactly what JJ said.. i ordered my SW's from summit racing... said the year and everything.. they sent me 3/4 ton chevy SW's... i too have 28 spline which SW don't even make them for! I ended up getting the MileMarkers and am very happy with them. they have been on about 9 months now.

BTW: summit paid for the pick up and return of the SW's and free shipping on my MM's  to Summit
