'95 manual swap

My '95 has a totally worn auto trans. I've decided on swapping in a manual. I am looking at a cheap 1997 R50 with the VG33 as a donor for the trans (and later the motor, but it knocks rn so rebuild first), are the other parts I would need (clutch pedal/pedalbox, clutch master cylinder, etc.) in the newer model or would I need to pull them from a WD21?
