silent block compatibility rear axle tie rod terrano 2 r20 and terrano 1 wd21

I am French I own a terrano 2 phase 1 2.7td timberland grade slx finish. As the vehicle has 380,000 km, I would like to replace the upper and lower tie rod silent blocks as well as those of the panhard bar. These are no longer available originally, which equipment manufacturer would you recommend ?

 

I looked on amayama and partsouq we can no longer find the origin he proposes in substitutions of febest is that right? 

 

For the panhard bar there are no silent blocks in exploded view on the terrano 2 but it appears on the terrano 1 a reference at the beginning of 55136-XXXXX.

I would also need the rubber which is above and below the spring for the terrano 2 it is no longer available but it is available for the terrano 1 with the following references 55034-41G01 as well as 55036-41G00 you think it is mounted on the terrano 2 ?

 

I measured the diameter of my springs:
- spring diameters at top and bottom approximately 13 cm

the diameter of the rod approximately 13mm
