1995AssFinderSE
Alright everybody, I’m new here and new to forums and have tried to find the answer to my question but can’t seem to. Im looking to lift my 1995 Pathfinder about 1.5” to allow a bit more clearance for 31’s. I have a few questions that come along with making that happen and I’m hoping someone can help me out. Here we go… As far as the rear goes, I’m thinking 1.5” spacers UNLESS someone has a pretty precise length that they cut off JGC coils that yielded them with roughly 1.5” of lift. Now for an actual question. Can I use the shocks in the 1.5-2” RC lift kit for a hardbody on my Pathfinder? I know I can use the UCA just wondering about the shocks. Has anybody done this exact lift on their pathy? If so, give me some feedback about how you like it and how it rides and performs. Any pictures of 1-2” lift results would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, everybody! -Lucas
Schnboo
Lil late to the party but I've done exactly this and yes the front shocks that came in the kit fit. Just installing the RC UCA's, it lifted the front 1". I have plans to do a torsion bar re-index and I'll level it out. I'm doing it mostly because when I bought it, the passenger side front sat lower by 3/4" than the driver side. The rears are close but because of the right side sag it's a lil lower on the right rear also. I also want a little more clearance for the 31's I put on last week. It had 28" tires on factory wheels that were only 6" wide. I may do a small body lift (2") when I'm done but wanna see what it looks like after I do a torsion crank and alignment.
