How far do I have to lift my truck for 33" tires? Would swapping in JGC springs and the UCA kit from superlift work?

Yes, It'll give you between 2.5" and 3" but you would need a 3" body lift as well to fit 33's. I have the Superlift UCA's and JGC springs and still had to trim all four flares and some sheet metal in the front to fit 32" BF Goodrich A/T's (which I've heared are actually a little under the claimed 32" diameter) on 15x8 rims.
