P/N confirmation, Lift and Death Wobble fix

I did some research, but was hoping for Part Number confirmation. 

 

I read a post about the 4x4 Deluxe Suspension kit having possibly a wrong part number and snapping... got worried, so, going by part number. 

 

Death Double Fix plus 2" lift 'kit.'

Opinions, suggestions? Especially what Additions? 

 

-AC 2" springs  (is 4x4parts the only supplier at 453.87 shipped?)
