Bluetooth OBDII Scanners for pathfinder

So I've been wanting to get a bluetooth OBDII scanner ever since I heard of them, I found one made by Panlong that has quite a few decent reviews.

I was getting ready to order it, but then I noticed it says it does not work on Nissan vehicles. Is there any reason why it would say it works on almost everything but Nissan? Do Nissan's have issues with OBDII Scanners in general?

I'm looking into a couple other models but for the money this one seems to be the best.

This is the one I have, works perfectly with Torque. I tried out a wifi one and it was a PITA. The bluetooth ones are the way to go.

Thanks! That's all I needed to know, I'm glad it's not a vehicle specific incompatibility, these bluetooth scanners are cool!
Do your scanners shut off automatically with the vehicle?

I think mine stays on all night, but I can't recall. I vaguely remember when I was camping in the back of mine that I could see it was on (red and green lights on) but I was inebriated at the time so its hard to say.
