Does anyone know how to get it out of fail safe? (Limp mode)

 

Started the other morning, 5 speed manual won't go above 2800 rpm, can still shift fine and get to 5th gear just won't go past 2800.

 

Checked the diagnostic and got a 51 code (injector circuit) looking for specifics on that. was able to clear it and showed a 55 but still doesn't go past 2800.

 

Idles fine,doesn't jump around still drives fine with the exception of the fail safe.

 

1989 v6 120k miles

Checked voltage on the 15 pin connector that goes into the ecu for the injector

Only got battery voltage on 104/103 no voltage on 101/102/114 is it possible the safety relay could be bad or would it effect all of them?
