Anyone know what year the caliper brackets changed bolt size?

I have a 1998 4WD and the bolt holes that hold the caliper bracket to the steering knuckle are 14mm. I know that at some point before or after my truck was built Nissan was using or began using 12mm bolts, therefore the brackets were cast instead with 12mm holes. Obviously a problem if you have 14mm bolts! My rigs a '98 but was manufactured in 7/97. Does anyone with a 1996/97 pathy or a 1999/99.5 pathy know off hand what size bolts hold your caliper bracket (referred to in the FSM as the 'torque member')?

Thanks
