EGR Vacuum Hoses, How are they connected?

My 1995 Pathfinder stalls right after I start it up. Im thinking it has something to do with the EGR system and the vacuum lines. I inspected them and they were dry rotted and fell off so I got new lines but now I cant figure out how they are connected. Looking at the diagrams it seems as though B is supposed to run back to the EGR but there is no way because there is no connection point.

I need to know where A, B, C go to from the EGRC Solenoid Valve.
