headers

hey what's up guys? i need, well want headers, my engine sounds like a lawnmower because of the leak being so dang bad . the headers that i've check out at 4x4parts.com :type: are either illegal for me because in in CA and/or their for 4wd manual or etc. i want for a 91 that's V-6, Automatic and 2WD, does anyone know a place i can get em from? please help.

I beleive that Summit Racing can get both Thorleys and Pace Setters ... but I am not familiar with the paticulars with your application and what would, and wouldn't work ... best bet would be to try and get a hold of Mike over at A/C and let him know what you have, and what you want to do ...

I ordered the Thorleys but they state that they are only for manuals. I'm sure you can get a shop to customize them for a price.

 

I ordered mine from summit on july 29th and I still have not seen them! I've been in contact with Thorley and was told that they were supposed to be on a truck to summit today. We'll see how much longer it takes.

Thorley's are awesome headers...I had a set on my 1970 Chevelle and never ever had a leak. Never had to retighten them either. Slightly more expensive than others, but the quality is worth every penny
