ok so im not sure but with the car sitting level and maybe 80lbs in the back i have about 5 or 6in from the coil spring moung on the axle to the bottom of the bump stop. is this a normal distance or are my springs getting a little slack. If so i know i can buy the stiffer lift springs but im not looking to lift what springs would i need to stiffen things up.

80 lbs is nothing and 5-6 inches is a lot of travel left. Nothing to worry about.
