can anyone tell me if there is anyone in the States that make Headers or Extactors for Pathfinders?

Pacesetter and Thorley are the only companies that manufacture headers for Pathfinders.

Pacesetters are less expensive, but are rumored to be poor quality and have fitment issues.

Thorleys cost a bit more, but are built better.

I just had a set of Thorleys installed on my '87 and using my seat-of-the-pants dyno, the truck feels like it has a bit more power plus the infamous "ticking" at start-up is gone.

If you're thinking about getting a set of Thorley headers, a good (cheap) place to order them from is Summit Racing but call Thorley directly to check on availability. They don't make as many headers for our trucks as they do for Chevy 350's and such, so it could be a few months before they get around to building the set you need.

Umm, I think he meant VG33E headers. In that case, the only company that has ever made some for the R50 is Stillen, but those were discontinued after a short run. SLR makes "offroad only" headers for the Xterra and Frontier 3.3, but they would not be a direct bolt up to a pathy 3.3
