Latly i have felt this vibration and i have tracked it down to the engine......cuz well i kno its the engine.....the vibration is coming from the front. it happens only when the truck is sitting still in gear at a light or stop sign......in atempt to fix it i have seafoamed the oil and changed it....cleaned out the throtle body with a carb cleaner and a old toothbrush....and sprayed carm cleaner in the intake hose that goes to the idle conrol valve......but non of that has fixed the rough idle.....there are no codes showing either.....i also have stalled whenever i drive for long distance.....i was told by a friend that i may be a fuel pump problem idk guys what do you think....

After all your detailed explanation of the trouble , I would say your torque converter in the trans is acting up ...

Have you done a good flush of your trans oil at one point ?? if you're not sure, try draining a little from the draining plug and look at the color. Anything other than clean red is not good... Also, to make sure that it is that, when you say after a long distance you stall, then try again to do a long distance and when you are about to stop at a red light, when you feel it's about to stall, put it in neutral... if it comes back normal then, It would confirm the torque converter..

Coulad also be a speed sensor that the trans uses, but that i'm not very certain of where to look...
