Sorry I took so long to get back but I finally got the problem fixed :whocares:

Cheers to the fellas who helped

It was the o2 sensor

 

bolts in the exhaust between the headers and the cat

CHEERS :aok:

 

 

 

It's been a few months now with about 5000km's and the problem has not come back at all. Thanks to the guys who suggested the O2 sensor.
