Okay- my guages are acting kind of weird and I just bought the truck- so I have no history of what they have been doing previously and my manual is paid for and on the way.

 

Temp guage= does not move at all.

 

Oil pres. guage= moves and sits around 15psi all the time (idle and driving)

 

Fuel guage= may be wrong- will let you all know when I refill

 

Voltmeter= seems to work as advertised

 

All other guages=work fine (except trip A which is stuck at zero- no biggie- B works as well as main odo)

 

Okay- so I searched and no one really described the above problem. I have read the DIY repair on the VR for the guages- no sweat. But- is that going to fix my issues or should I plan to troubleshoot the guages and senders first?

 

BTW- love the headlight boost trick- can't wait to try it!
