tensioner for the serpentine belt.

The past owner of my Pathfinder (my Dad) had the serpentine belts replaced and ever since then it sounds horrible from that area. The sound seems like it is wound up like its too tight. When the truck is started it has a little squeak, and then a constant wound up sound. When the gas pedal is pressed the sound continues but with a little more of a high pitched whine.

I am not certain this is the problem, but it started right after the belts were changed, and it sounds like its coming from that area and the pulleys are straining.

any help or ideas on what the problem could be, and or how to adjust the tensioner would be appreciated.
