I need to know what do I need in order to have OEM satellite radio?

I prefer to use the factory radio.

 

You will spend much less money doing a satellite radio add-on to the factory radio. Finding the parts and the cost would be much more than a $50 XM/Sirius portable radio. Here is a pic of my setup. It is the lower blue screened thingy.
