Mufflers?

So it seems like allot of you guys are running without mufflers or glass packs - how do you get around the BLM cops? Everytime I have been wheeling in Washington in the spring/summer the BLM are always camped out at the trail heads and not letting trucks in without spark-arresting mufflers. BTW I'm not a fan of loud exhaust on 4's and 6's.

I don't know of any running without mufflers; wouldn't be a good story anyhow. alot are running hi-flow cats and non stock mufflers.
