  1. Alright, I took a look and it's the cable going to the right rear that broke (rusted through), right at the junction where it attaches to the front cable. I've got the following at my disposal: 1x 10 ton bottle jack. 2x 2 ton jackstands. Small wrench set Small socket set Various other household tools (claw hammer, screw drivers, pliers, etc) And I'm off work for the next week. I know how to change spark plugs/oil and such, but this seems to be just a level beyond that sort of thing. Do it myself or pay a professional? Any NPORA members in NoVA that would care to lend a hand?
  2. I've got an SE with drum brakes. I won't have a chance to take a look at the underside till this weekend, though.
  3. I own a 1990 Pathy and use it as my daily driver. A while back, I was engaging the parking brake and I felt the cable for it snap as I brought it up. So now my parking brake doesn't engage, and I need it working to pass VA state inspection. How complicated is this to fix?
