Had the same problem with my 2 rear doors I found the driver's lock/unlock switch if I did it 4 times lock un lock it would unlock only left or right repeat opposite door would work for me I did it again while holding the unlock button on the fob while doing it about 8 times unlock lock from drivers door unlocked them both from outside and interior fiddled with it a bunch of ways but that one worked the fob now unlocks all doors 1 press two front 2 press all doors including hatch
